About the team
Our 180 DC Team in Barcelona consists of passionate and enthusiastic people, eager to drive our organization towards our common vision.
Within our operations we have two main kinds of responsibilities. On the one side we have our Impact Consultants. As a consultant you would work in small teams of 3-4 on a project for non-profits around the world that work to feed, heal and support the disempowered and disenfranchised.
One the other hand we have our team members, which are working to steer the boat of 180 DC in the direction we all want it to go. You can work in one of the five teams namely Business Development, Community, Innovation factory, Marketing or Strategy to help grow our organization and achieve the mission that we aspire to reach.
What you’ll do
We are looking for people motivated to make a sustainable impact on the world that we live in. As consultants, you will provide high-quality advisory services to socially oriented enterprises. You will work in small teams with like-minded (or not so much, but definitely brilliant-minded) people to help various organizations working to lead the shift towards a sustainable and just future. Our services include making business development plans, fundraising strategies and impact assessment among many others.
As a team member, you will directly be working with one of our board members and other team members to ensure smooth sailing of our organization. You will be responsible for procurement of projects, spreading awareness about 180 DC, planning our mission and vision for the year and proper flow of information with both internal and external sources among many other responsibilities depending on the team you choose.
